In England rainy mornings were a reason to crawl under the duvet and push the snooze for the umpteenth time. Here its an excitement that gets me out of bed! The tropical downpour is delightful and cools the hot, polluted city ready for it to be scalding hot bu 11am again.
Today the rain is falling in huge droplets - everybody has to stop and take cover.
